No just the manager and his coaching staff. We don't have a philosophy of football as far as I can tell.
I don't believe for one minute that we'd have done our drills any differently to every other week. I don't think Otamendi is going to suddenly forget how Pellegrini wants him to defend just because he missed the same drills that he's done all season long. We never change the way we defend. When the ball is played back out away from goal we step up to the edge of the box and try to play an offside trap. It doesn't change. The ball being played backwards by the opposition is always the trigger for us to step up, and has been for the entirety of Pellegrini's reign. At no point will Pellegrini have done drills specific to Coutinho's movements, or Firmino's movements. His approach is always "we have our way of playing and we must trust our style blah blah blah". I would expect you to have noticed that to be honest!Neymar is an attacker in a free role. If you can't see the difference between that and a centre half in terms of training and drilling you're in no position to criticise any coach's decisions.
You are an utter fucking disgrace. Fucking Baileys?

I don't think anyone can criticise Txiki's role after the signings he pulled off in the summer.
However, there are some huge issues to address in the summer. We need a top class CM, Striker, CB, RB and LB. That is easily another £150 million outlay at a minimum.
Hopefully Denayer can be a real asset and save us from buying a CB because we cannot rely on Kompany. We also need a top class striker who can challenge Kun and take his place when injured. Then there is the Yaya replacement.
Personally, I'd go down the English route and go all out for Barkley and Kane. Both young, talented and can be as good as they want to be.
That's without getting a new gaffa.
I was told by a fellow City fan yesterday that the philosophy Pellegrini brings to the table is one of exciting, attacking play. I think some people confuse not being able to/not bothering to organise the defensive side of the game with exciting, attacking football. No just the manager and his coaching staff. That’s all that’s needed to be said. Case closed. The wrong managers have won 2 titles , 2 cups , 2 league runners up , and a FA cup final , hope our next manager is just as "wrong" .
Why do we need all these new positions filled when I keep hearing on here we have a great squad?
Quite baffling really don't you think
