Sergio Aguero 2015/16 performances

He just loves to score and is obviously disappointed when he doesn't. Still going to win the golden boot this year then next season he'll be given the support and service he deserves.

To be fair to Navas, there were a couple of occasions tonight when Aguero tried to overlap, and took away the space, instead of making a beeline for the near post.
Navas got the blame for stopping, but there wasn't anybody in the middle.

That is mainly down to Aguero dropping deep to get the ball and drag City up the pitch. The occasions he couldn't get into the box were usually because he was creating something deeper earlier on in the attack.

I'm not disputing that mate, but there were two specific occasions tonight, when Aguero made the wrong run, and in doing so, restricted Navas' options.
 
Just ride this last couple of months out Kun and then you'll get the support you need.

Also can Joe stop smashing the ball up to him against 6 foot plus defenders. Thanks

In fairness to Serg he is always the only one in the middle. There maybe occasions he undertakes the wrong one but the reason we're so under strength in the box is the likes of Silva and Navas do not seem to believe it's there responsibility to support him. Navas either hugs the flank or runs inwards in the exact direction of the player he intends to pass to.

Serg was everywhere tonight even picking up the ball from the likes of Fernando who were afraid of shifting the ball forwards. His endeavour was the only thing worth the admission money
