Full Backs?

Rodriguez certainly has been criticised for his lack of defending and rightly so. Is his defending really a big step down from Kolarov though and being young can he be trained into our defensive style. The LBs we want are most committed to their current club, Carvajal for example. Rodriguez has a release clause and his partnership with de Bruyne was what made Wolfsburg a level above than they are now.

Don't reLly think his defending is half bad. Just think he is an average player with great dead ball skills.

I've said it before but I'd go all out for Van Aanholt from Sunderland to replace Kolarov or Clichy.

He's rapid, has chipped in with a few goals and assists this season and is home grown. He's only 25 and would cost a fortune either.

I'd much rather take a punt on someone like him who has PL experience than spend nearly triple the amount on someone like Rodriguez.

Would take amavi from villa to replace kolarov. Right backs are solid would replace sagna after his contract expires. Would also sign up adama and loan him out think he has talent but not sure if he would be good enough but can't see us losing money on them two.

Didnt sagna sign a three year deal? Robertson looks solid think he is definatly premier league standard not sure if he will kick on to be at the level we are aiming for though.

Don't rate Bellerin at all, relies solely on his pace at the moment and like the rest of the Arsenal back line he can't defend.

I'm not sure we will be able fit in a LB this window. Where would you rank a LB in the pecking over of our needs? For me it's 1) CM. 2) CM. 3) Wing. 4) CB and then it's the outside backs. If we don't land Pogba then money shouldn't be an issue. If FFP isn't an issue at all then by all means pick one up.

Don't agree. We need to start replacing our full backs either by buying in or promoting internally. To go into next season with the same group would be foolish imo.
