Not really.

As I understand it, big business is pro TTIP

Then why doesn't it answers your question about WHY big business is pro EU?

It's some of the countries of the EU that are against TTIP as it stands which means that it's unlikely to happen.

It's currently being negotiated so you're very premature in stating it's unlikely to happen.

The chances are that if we get out of Europe Cameron will agree to something even worse than TTIP with the support of big business.

Again, you're merely speculating. Big business are pro EU because being in the EU means they can take advantage of TTIP.

Looks like the remain campaign is moving from project fear to project threat. I've changed my mind and will vote out. I can't honestly think of a single long term advantage of staying in.

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has thrown down the gauntlet ahead of Britain’s EU referendum, warning British people that “deserters” will not be welcomed back if the UK leaves the bloc.

Juncker, who earlier this year promised to stay out of the Brexit debate, denied he was issuing a threat.
The EC president, a former prime minister of Luxembourg, did not stipulate how Britain’s relationship with the EU would change – but simply saying it would be different from today.

I’m sure the deserters will not be welcomed with open arms,” Juncker told French newspaper Le Monde when asked what would happen if the British people voted for Brexit.

The United Kingdom will have to accept being regarded as a third country, which won’t be handled with kid gloves,” he said.

If the British leave Europe, people will have to face the consequences – we will have to, just as they will. It’s not a threat, but our relations will no longer be what they are today.”

Juncker’s stern warning comes three months after the European Commission pledged to stay out of the Brexit debate.
Haha, Juncker really doesn't understand the British mentality does he?

Bloody hell I've seen some sweeping broad brush generalisations in my time..... but this EB2, really does take the biscuit. Instead of pointing at people and laughing at them, as I've told you before, focus on your remain arguement and argue the points made by the Brexiters. You really dud come across as being better than this.
You don’t expect decent analysis from ealing do you? They just push an agenda and troll the fuck out of everyone.

I've seen a few flip from In to Out. Has anyone switched their vote the other way?

Extending logic to Hitler is becoming almost a national sport at the moment and the Brexiters and King Boris are becoming experts. I am sure you can you could stretch that logic in a lot of directions.

What matters is the right decisions being made and the mad idea that an MP from surbiton whose claim to power is a rich family and a couple of years at conservative central office is going to do better than a very hard working intelligent Eurocrat purely because he is English and the good old old people of surbiton democratically elected him is laughable .
That post is laughable.

Silly point and yet another straw man. Housing demand is driven by people wanting to live in houses. Where did I say anything about foreign investment? Nowhere.
What would you do to weaken housing demand, interest rates at a time of economic weakness, restrictions on domestic demand of another kind or control on non domestic demand ie weaken inward investment?

When we leave the EU and we can't buy or sell anything, and the entire population is eating woodshavings, quite a lot of people will move to Australia and house prices will fall. ;)

Lovely, cooperation and willing mutual integration sounds great, culturally, politicAlly and economically. Go the whole hog though and fully integrate what's up with you?

What you have described is what we have with the usa and commonwealth countries which is fine. I am afraid the Eu goes way beyond that. If it's for you legally go for it. At the moment you are describing people and countries agreeing to get out of a relationships what they want which is fine , felexibilty and mutual benefits. The Eu is very different.

I am not sure the uk and Albania have much in common but that's next.
When did the UK get full working rights and economic rights with the US? It's news to me that the UK has a full freedom of labour, full free trade deal with the US. I think it might be news to everyone.

That's the beauty of economics, might have to take in a lodger
