I get the point that there are some very stupid rules out there that need addressing.

I can fully understand the rule of having to put allergy information on packaging but there really should be common sense added.

Fine, ignore what is going on around you if you wish. Don't acknowledge that there is a problem that needs to be dealt with, feel comfortable letting other external nations wander freely into Europe, it's your choice., Jst as mine is to acknowledge, recognise and understand the difficulties.

If most of the EU is trying to stop Turkish citizens, then Turkish citizens won't get free visa travel. Still not sure what the issue is with Turkish people?

If you are worried about the current Turkish administration being 'rewarded' then I'm with you, but then we have to suck it up and take the refugees from Syria, or go down the Murdoch route and send some gunships to blow them up as they try to cross into the EU

Indeed. When travelling I hate cnn and bbc world is appalling , I often watch Russia today and it's amazing how the same stories can have a very different slant. It's actually very refreshing watching this news medium.

I didn't tell you to condemn anyone either, or what to think.
I said you showed the same stereotyping traits- poster labels all immigrants 'scum', you label all 'lefties' as 'fascists'.

What I can't get my head around and god I've tried with some of the remain crew here is what on earth makes you think you are voting for the status quo by voting remain. Hats off to the government though they have pulled a masterstroke on this one and calculated that your average joe is just not going to know anywhere near enough about what is coming down the road with the EU and most people will vote for what they have now - the problem is now is going to change radically going forward.

I would be happy for once to read what someone in the remain camp believes the eu and the uk in it will be in a few years with the inevitable currency issues, federalism and social and political polarisation. At least Damocles stated that he wanted a more federalist Europe, well that's fine and I can fully respect his decision as he's given due consideration to what he's voting for.

A more federalist Europe? The last time I looked a federalist system involved a democratic element with each state/country sharing power, and the policies and laws being decided by the elected representatives of the people. As Yanis Varoufakis states "to say that the European Uniion has a Democratic deficit is akin to saying there is a shortage of oxygen on the moon".
