I've absolutely no time for Farage but they were daft questions.

The fella in the white shirt had the right idea, put a bit of research into your question.

The one talking about credit card fraud? He was really good, that's what prompted my 'poorly moderated' comment. He really seemed to know how stuff and I think he deserved a bit more time. He also raised a really good point about security, that it isn't all about terrorism and immigration

No they won't cos it will be two non eu countries doing what they want to.

The staff aren't American - some are EU migrants. That would mean they'd have to replace them with UK staff, and if Farage is correct, they'd had to pay their staff more (since one of the tenets of the leave campaign is that wages will increase right?)

In McDonald's case MOST of the ingredients are actually sources from the UK, with other ingredients coming from Ireland, USA and Turkey and Spain.
One would assume the UK ingredients wouldn't be affected at all, or very little, the same for Ireland and USA. Those from Turkey and Spain would have to be re-sourced, or potentially face price changes. How McDonald's would absorb any increase is speculation, but it's usually direct to consumer.

There's also the far more tenuous stuff like energy costs - with a great deal of the UK's energy being under foreign ownership etc, but that's pushing my luck!

Farage is reverting to his fall back of immigration and 'being told what to do'. They are great emotive soundbites, but he's struggling so far (on the ITV debate)

To be fair he was asked several questions on immigration with those asking obviously trying their best to tag him as some sort of rabid racist to boot.

I'm no apologist for Farage but thought he did ok with the predictable questions put to him and didn't do the leave campaign any harm.

£65bn removed from the uk economy in March and April, £77bn in total in the last 6 month, the 6 before that was £2bn.

Cheers mate, thanks for posting....great to see "Facts"....

As a side note.....Farage just got shallowed up by some very knowledgable people asking him questions.......I'm sure Cameron in for a tough time next but Farage was clearly out of his depth with some of those questions....

He did well there I thought.

Farage is excellent. It's why he's done so well. I don't agree with him, but in front of a camera he's very very good indeed. He improvises very well. You can virtually lay most of UKIP's success at his door. He's possibly better than Blair in front of the camera.

I was walking through town yesterday past the castle pub. Some drunken man pointed at me and said "fucking hell its David Cameron". I was gutted a few years ago I was told I looked like Michael Owen regularly. Going downhill fast.

Cameron is a fucking dullard - he's like a recording. All polished and practice but doesn't give the impression he means it

It's like he's desperate to keep his job and does not have the best interests of the people at heart(whatever they maybe)

Time to go David. I get the impression he doesn't believe what he is saying. This man is asking good questions.

The **** can go back to his castle and the proceeds from his fathers off shore funds and businesses.

Farage would've looked weaker had the audience just asked their questions and left it at that. As for Cameron, I'm not entirely sure he has quite grasped the concept of why this television q&a is going ahead. So far he's just waffling on about his own personal achievements.
