Not sure if that video will work. I'm having issues with the site on mobile. He seems like a fine alternative to me.

I had issues with this site for weeks and tried few things around until just now I switched to UC browser.
Its lighting faster than any browser I'd used so far.
I want city to sign both of them .

Bit raw and his form tailored off towards the end of last season but his talent is clear and there's a reason why there's such hype around him. I thinl, if we do get him, a loan move would be just what he needs to develop further.

As Moreno won't get a work permit now I suppose Pep still needs a winger for the right side in addition to Navas.

Could Gabriel Jesus be the alternative for Sane?
Anybody here to compare Moreno, Jesus ans Sane? Position, skill, strenghths & weaknesses?
Anybody?

Just went through it as well ;)

As non European they need to have several caps for their national team. If not, the transfer fee has to be very high (like with Gabriel Jesus) or the future salary and so on. Have a look here:

Thanks for that. How many matches have Colombia played the last 24 months I wonder? Looks like he has 7 caps for the #3 ranked club. So if they've played less than 24 he'd be good on that note.

Actually with his age he'd only have to be in 30% of their matches the past year.

Hm, seems you're right. Colombia is #3 and had 14 matches within the last 12 months as he is under 21.
His 7 caps should match the FA rules.
But hey, I pass this one to the English law experts on here... :)

But again: who could compare Moreno to Sané and Gabriel Jesus??

If we want him to get a work permit he would get one.

Compare him to Chelsea's signing of Kennedy, for £6m, and with no international caps at all, even for a lower ranked international team.

By a rough estimation he'd get at least 4 points from the exceptions panel, which could be enough, and 5 could be gotten just by paying slightly more - which would obviously be worth it if pep wanted him to have a permit for next year.

He could get Spanish citizenship in two years so a loan to Girona would make sense. I presume our immigration laws won't change too much either despite the referendum.

Do we really want a top prospect who gets into Colombia's first team to be playing in the second tier of Spanish football? If he was to go out on loan it would have to be in the top tier of whichever country he was sent to, otherwise we may as well stay in Colombia for another season.

Colombian season started back up yesterday. Wasn't in the line up at all but could've been rested for the Copa Libertadores Semi final coming up on Wednesday. 2nd leg is then on July 13th.
