I seen a compilation clip of Roque Santa Cruz once,just kept showing him getting carried off on a stretcher.

I think he would get a work permit on appeal. His case would be very similar to Chelsea's purchase of Kennedy last summer, except Moreno is now a Colombian regular, whereas Kennedy was never capped for Brazil. And with them being ranked 3rd in the world, that's pretty good for his case. Also our wage structure and the fee would probably give him enough points for an exception.
