yeah, the time stamp of the interview videos etc. are always about 2 days before the signing is announced.
As soon as they post the announcement, there's already a couple of videos to go with it. Which is pretty sensible really, fans immediately want to overdose on each new signing, rather than have to wait weeks for a glimpse of him in training or whatever.
