No, you're getting him mixed up with Ron HealeyHow tall is he? Read he is around 5 foot 2
I think your interpretation is very presumptuous. No one knows what's going on in Hart's mind. It could be just auto-pilot, he has been trained for decades to clear his lines to keep clean sheets maybe he was not confident with the makeshift defence?Best case scenario he was unwilling to change because he was too scared to fail.
Worst case scenario he was deliberately ignoring the new manager as some sort of petulant act of rebellion, and if that's true, he should be out the door already.
Thanks THJust football. Just not rated.
I think "very poor" is putting it too strongly.Joe Hart has always been very poor with the ball, both with his feet and and hands.

I'm well aware of his shortcomings, but I wouldn't put it in those terms. It isnt. Have a look at the amount of times he's caught the ball, then looked where to throw it and just been unable to make up his mind, which lets the opposition get back in their shape, only to then hoof it long. He's probably the worst in the league at this alone.
Yes, he's a bloody top drawer shot stopper, but there are a lot of gaps in his overall ability, none moreso than his ability to read the game tbh.
Bravo is just six foot, 2 inches smaller than Lloris and almost 5 inches smaller than Hart. Set pieces from the likes of Payet and Coutinho would likely find it easier to put the ball out of his reach?
The defence was a complete shambles in both halves against Arsenal. Although they scored more in the 2nd half they should have scored more in the 1st, but for poor finishing. Perhaps if Joe had started he would passed it more short? All the keepers in the PL pass it long it probably will take time for Hart to adjust to a style of play that is currently alien to him.Who gives a shit if he was confident with the makeshift defence? It was a preseason friendly! Why would he be on autopilot?
Pep clearly sent them out to work on building out from the back.
Caballero wasn't comfortable with the centre-backs, he's also been trained to clear his lines, but it doesn't matter because the coach clearly asked them to change. Why did Caballero manage to do what the manager asked, while Hart was completely incapable?

*and St Johnstone. It won't take him a while, because Guardiola is going to sell him ASAP, because when played against Arsenal he showed absolutely no intent to change at all.
For the CL it. Makes no difference as we already have four HG players in Sterling, Delph, Stones and ClichyNot sure about this one at all
Not only are we likely giving up a hg spot in the sqaud, the guy is also coming to the twilight years of his career as well
Still, I fully trust pep in his ability to do what's best for our club

And they've just agreed terms with Diego Alves.Luis Enrique when asked about Claudio Bravo: "I'm interested in Supercopa."
Barcelona boss, Luis Enrique: "There are so many assumptions and many conditionals. I want three goalkeepers in the first team."
