Steaua Bucharest post-match thread

what a garbage quote from TT,they are by no means shit, didn't they turn chelsea over ? ,and we don't need some fluke result against a shit side to start the ball rolling, city did well tonight against a team who have banged a few in over there last five matches, grafted and earned

Here's the story of how they did it....

Dinamo Bucharest pulled off an incredible tifo prank on Steaua pre Man City game...

Jesus that's getting done alright. You would have thought someone might have checked what it said.

Sterling making me look like a right nob head after saying for most of last season he wasn't good enough and even Pep couldn't turn it round.

Well done Raheem more of the same please

A great night already excited for Saturday

We look so much better positionally now.
We have a game plan, you can see what we are trying to achieve.
Such a big difference compared to the 'headless chicken' era of pellegrini.
Not the strongest opposition but at least you can now see some thought is going into how we set up, and that we have a plan. Can't wait to see Sane slot into the team but to be fair Nolito has really impressed me with his threat and link up play. Caballero is not the best, but the game today shows how important a sweeper keeper is to Peps setup and why Hart just won't cut it in the long term. I really feel for Hart because I think he bleeds blue, but if we are really committed to this revolution I think we do need to say goodbye. It just won't work with a keeper whose distribution and movement is subpar and that's always been Hart's achilles heel.

Shit opposition but again, that movement was the bollocks. Been waiting for this! What a goal that 4th one was. Nolito and Aguero looking like Messi and Suarez

Incredible performance so many chances created, could've actually been 10. Reminded me of pep's first games vs numancia and racing, and the whole 08-09 season in general, nobody had an idea how to deal with his tactics and the movement of his players.
Scary to think we've still got Gundogan, sane, kompany and bravo to come in.

Gonna have to get used to teams being called shit by so called pundits, media and some of our more miserable fans everytime we steamroll someone. Nowt to with us making teams play shit. Clear example from BT shite with McPointy talking about how shit SB's defence was only to show our forwards pressing them like fuck into a mistake... yeah nowt to do with us disrupting their game...just plain shite they were. Nervy start but I loved that. More of same. Hope we batter stoke. Night Blues and safe trip home travelling Blues. CTID

Absolutely loving Pep's tactics. Options all over the pitch but the formation and movement really upset my Mrs who felt sorry for the opposition because "we had more men on the pitch than they had". What more validation could anyone ask for?

I've just witnessed a glimpse of the future of football.

Sadly I have missed the majority of first half, but really enjoyed watching the second half and how our team is shaping up.

It has felt like it was a long time, since the last time I had enjoyed watching us play and dominate a match!! Very very encouraging tactics and set-up by Pep, looking forward to our next game.

I thought we looked like a well drilled team...which is something I've not thought in a looooong time. I am presuming that we'll become even for in sync which will mean that against much tougher opposition well look just as phenomenal as tonight.

I thought Sterling was great. I feared his confidence was completely gone and his basic abilities weren't really up to scratch at a higher level but I'm now confident that Pep will have him being a massive threat for any team soon. To be fair though we have to face real battles yet. That's when we'll know for sure.
