Aguero banned for three games (updated)

but to say that "he didn't see it"...you have to call his professional capability into question on that as he was 5 yes away looking directly at the players with no-one in his way

I don't have any issue with your view on Mariner, but if Kun hadn't done it, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Kun is solely to blame and I cannot see how anyone can defend him

Quite right. There was exactly the same against Felliani in May. In fact there was also an article, by Carragher, suggesting he was banned from the Premier League for good. Costa has had retrospective bans as well and this constant crying of 'its not fair' is getting tiresome.
Now we've got the manager everyone wanted, some of the best players on the planet and a rock solid foundation going forward, surely it's time to cast off this victim hood mentality and celebrate what this club actually looks like, how it's progressing and where it's going.

Im not arguing that Kun didn't swing his arm/elbow.

Im arguing about the line that the ref didn't see it.....that is bullshit....if the ref tells the truth...ie he did see it then the ban doesn't happen....but the use of the "escape clause - i didn't see it" calls his capability into question

so whether Kun swings his elbow or not this thread would exist......the responses on it would have been very different and most likely very simple.,..that it was stupid thing to do but luckily he got away with it (cause the ref DID see it - which means the FA can do fuck all about it)
 
I would challenge it on the grounds of the ref being a lying bastard. He either ain't fit to ref if he can't see that from less than 10 yards with an uninstructed view or he ain't fit to ref for purposely lying on a refs report after realising his mistake in the game

At this stage we are running out of refs for our games. Marriner bad eyesight or not for the Kun incident for the life of me I don't know how that west ham defender on a yellow stayed on the pitch. Kun gets three games a tad harsh as I felt it was more yellow than red but that fucker escapes and was allowed stay on the pitch and helped West Ham get back in the game. Also how many players are going to commit far worse fouls this season and get away with it. Yes indeed trial by media. That wanker Goldstein was the worst of a bad lot.

As I said before, are we going to see the FA charge every player who escapes a sanction from the referee? What happened to Costa for example?

the system is floored in that it allows trial by media and pundits....the ref clearly saw it (saying he didn't is either lying or incompetence at the highest level) and it is a huge loop hole that the fa then use to put those on trial that the media focus on..whether that be ageruo fellani costa or anyone else......

The incident was on the ball and was very clearly seen by the match official.

It's clear he's lied because he wants to avoid a media frenzy because it's Manchester United.

He was actually heavily involved in our best play. But basing anything on 1 game is dumb as fook. He has scored 7.

His mere presence on the pitch gives others more room. Any team would miss Aguero
