Player & Manager of the Month

Not read the full thread so forgive me if someone has beaten me to it - can't wait for us to win the quadruple, and Klopp or Mourinho to win manager of the season instead of Pep.

Not far off the mark there,be more like Eddie Howe getting it (English) then aguero missing out on player of the year after bagging 40+ goals,de bruyne scoring 20 and twice the number of assists than the second placed person, and not making it to the team of the year..

Pep will never win it,he isn't the media darling and everyone is waiting for him to fail, talksport this morning say the wheels are going to come off over the next month and we will be clinging onto 4th place

Three wins from three in the league, which is what it is judged on, same as Guardiola.

We didn't perform particularly well against Swansea tbf. Liverpool were impressive in all three of theirs.

Ahh, Finally the fraud is going to be found out in this league.... Yessss!!!

You could argue we had the tougher fixtures (two away, one at home), but that's just splitting hairs.

That's the thing mate, there's very little to choose between them so how do you determine what the deciding factors are?

Liverpool had a goal difference of 11-3; City's was 9-2?
They beat Chelsea away and the Champions; City beat nobody of nay note (!)
I'd have given it to Pardew though, as being more notable.

why are people getting in a shit about klopp winning?

Liverpool thrashed the current Champions, won at Chelsea and thrashed Hull. 9 out of 9 pts, scored 11, conceded 3
City won at United and Swansea and beat Bournemouth at home. 9 out of 9, scored 9 conceded 2.

there was very little to choose between them. who cares.
