Them red twats have a comparison on there forum who's the best Sergio or zlatan for fucks sake you've still got the majority saying zlatan what a load of complete knobheads they are.
 
Zlatan who? 37 shots on goal yesterday 11 on target and scored fuck all and he missed 8 of them we had 21 of which 8 were on target and scored 4 Sergio scoring 2

It's clear he's trying to raise him to the levels of the best players in the world - but perhaps because of Peps English, his exact point here is a bit hard to work out - He has to believe in himself and his role in the team more?

My take from it is that he wants Aguero to become our Messi that will take the game by the scruff of the neck. And I think Pep's right. Aguero is great for us but watching him you know that there's just more from him that haven't gotten out yet.
 
Mainly wants to improve his work rate and all-round game it seems, which he obviously feels is critical to being one of the elites. Sergio has become a tad lazy over the years, there's no question about that.

Further to that, he'd want to have everybody held to the same standards and Sergio can't be an exception - regardless of how good he is.

Pep knows what he's doing, 100%.
 
That's what's great about Pep. Other managers would look at Aguero and say "you do what your best at, go and score goals"

But Pep, he wants to improve his all round game. He wouldn't get that from any other manager out there at the moment

Agreed.

As good as he is, that's what's holding him back from being right up there IMO - he cannot (will not?) grab a game by the bollocks and drag us kicking and screaming over the line. When things don't go well, his head has been one of the first to drop.

I don't think Guardiola is going to publically say what aspect of his game needs improving. The press would drive a wedge between him and the player if he did that.
 
Looks like he's roped Fernando and Gundogan into project Make Sergio Believe Again™ as well.

Before the kick off at WBA as Sergio was kneeling down sorting out his laces, one player patted on the head as he walked past and another, I think it was Kolorov, bent down and kissed him on the head. It was as if the players wanted to show Serge the love to boost his confidence. Seemed to do the trick.

I'm surprised they still can't see how much of a has-been Zlatan is already.
