Yaya Toure apologises

Guardiola has no option but to make Yaya part of his squad. He said that if he received an apology thats what he would do. Pep found favour in the media for his stance on this and has clearly won this battle but if he now went against his word it would not play out well for him or the club.
He's not going against his word, he asked for seluk the slob to apologise and he hasn't, toure has his eye on himself.... leave him where he is, his city career is newspaper fodder now

Yaya could be a decent centre back. Tall and strong in the air - no place for him in midfield anymore however.

Everybody on the list is part of the squad. Doesn't mean they have to play.

Pep will use yaya, here & there, because he's fucking brilliant at football. He won't use him especially often, as he's old, soon leaving & not mobile enough for Pep's preferred style.

Zabaleta is nowhere near what Pep needs at fullback, but he played a blinder v Barca. Pep, unlike Pellegrini & Mancini, 'manages'.

All good.

And he will have known that when he made his stance on the apology known, so he wouldn't have said it if he didn't actually want to use Yaya.

His timing is off by about 10 days. We could have used him in capital one cup.

But at least this can be put to bed and we'll hopefully see one of the biggest legends we've ever had leave the club on good terms.

Pep anyway won't play him and I really doubt if he would be on the bench itself . FA Cup maybe ?

Delighted, but not at the expense of Alex Garcia.

Hopefully this will allow Yaya to eventually leave in a dignified fashion with the love of the fans and his status enhanced.

He's been the most influential player of The HRH Sheik Mansour era.

Hopefully we can use his status in Africa as a club ambassador to help find the next Kelachi.

Yaya Yaya..Yaya Yaya Yaya...Yaya Yaya Yaya..Yaya Yaya TOURE.

Home games when we have 70%+ possession and find it hard to break down a team he will be a great option for us but I wouldn't even entertain him away from home unless all our midfielders are injured.

Pep today will day he will now be included in our squad, he still doesn't have to play him though.

Zabba is exactly what he needs, someone who wears the heart of sleeve and gets the fans going. That is worth more than whatever it is people are saying nowadays, because last year it was the same story - too old, past it. I think he is instrumental righht now.

Anyway back on topic, Seluks a dick and Yaya sucks it.
