City & Chelsea Charged by the FA

Every pundit in the game knows we get a rough deal , but it will not be brought to anyones attention because the general consensus is The Rags and The Dippers are far more box office than we wil ever be , we are bad for business. Maybe eventually our fan base will grow over the next decade to the required levels , but until then as supporters we will have to put up with all the shite , the club don't make an issue of these incidents like Taylor and his diabolical performance , because they are looking long term the bigger picture It took the rags/dippers 25 years to build their plastic fanbase and the only way we will match them is by enticing the plastics in Asia,China,America etc , the perception of MCFC as everyones 2nd club and gallant losers has long gone , the CFG are becoming the new major force in World Football. Ironic we have hated the Rags for decades for doing the same thing , the 30,000 who use to pack Maine Road in the third tier of football are long forgotten and the ones that remain are simply customers , cynical maybe but its a sad truth.

I used to laugh at people on the conspiracy thread and think they were off their heads.

Having had a proper think about refereeing decisions this seasons and the action of the football authorities I am a changed man. We get the shit end of every decision. We are treated differently than every other club and not in a positive way. I now have no doubt that people deep within football are out to get us. First it was in Europe and now it seems we are getting the same in the PL.

What can we as supporters do to highlight this? We all fork out hard earned money to watch our team, why should we continue doing this if we are getting fucked over by the authorities. The press hate is so we can't use them. I'm lost as what can be done to stop these vile people trying everything within their power to stop our inevitable progress.

Here's a slight clue why we keep on getting screwed.

David Alan Gill (born 5 August 1957) is British football executive, formerly chief executive of Manchester United and a vice-chairman of The Football Association. He served as vice-chairman of the G-14 management committee until the G-14 was disbanded. He sits on the UEFA Executive Committee as of 2013. Gill was elected as a FIFA Vice-President sitting on the FIFA Council in 2015;

Interesting photos' in today's Daily Mail Online website. One Picture shows Aguero's tackle on Luiz's right leg but the next photo' shows Mr.Luiz rolling on the ground clutching his left leg. Odd
Surely he wasn't feigning a serious injury to con' the referee.

CFC have previous when it comes to brawling. As far as I can recall, we don't. Let's see if there's any variation in the punishment. Sergio had previous re a red card and so gets four matches. I bet there's not a sliver of paper between the two sanctions!

They certainly do. I think they got fined 350k or so for the Spurs match at the end of last season as it was a 5th (?) offence.

We were shafted every which way on Saturday and the sense of injustice is overwhelming. That said our own self discipline this season thus far has been shocking and Pep needs to sort this.

Two words ; Refereeing Consistency.
In my book that means treating both teams equally fairly.
If the referee hasn't done his job, then the F.A
should take the appropriate action.
Taylor should certainly be questioned about his actions - so many poor decisions made -
the fact that he allowed the match to end in a brawl.
The scenes at the end were down to his incompetence, allowing Chelsea carte blanche through the game causing things to boil over at the end.
I wouldn't let him referee a match between two pub teams personally.

Will never happen.

Huge fine, warning as to further conduct, even a suspended points reduction that will never be enforced but not a chance they will lose points.

Cant see it, wouldnt like it to happen. It would distort the outcome of this season as a result of failings that relate mainly to previous seasons.

Would be legal challenges foe years. If the title went to within the points of the ban, teams would be winning the league then losing it again on a weekly basis.

Interesting that city are charged less but have very hefty player bans whereas it's the other way round for Chelsea.

Really makes you think!

I have always said the same.

Total cheats. I hate cheating and Chelsea are the masters.

Chelsea have been fined £100,000 and Manchester City must pay £35,000 after players from both teams clashed during their Premier League meeting at Etihad Stadium earlier this month.

Tempers flared at the end of Chelsea's 3-1 win, after City's Sergio Aguero was sent off for a tackle on David Luiz.

Aguero's team-mate Fernandinho was also dismissed, after grabbing Cesc Fabregas as the two teams confronted each other.

Chelsea had previously been warned they could face a points deduction.

Because all the weight would have been on his left leg as Sergio hit him on right leg
