You can excuse Taylor of missing the slap with everything going on ,but how can 3 men not agree watching it in multi angles on video ?

Is anybody actually surprised that no action was taken against any of the Chelsea players,fabregas was the cause of Fernandinho reacting with a snidey slap,the other lad for Chelsea shoves aguero nothing,it's all about applying the rules correctly if you put your hands on an opponent it's viewed as a straight red card,which means 4 players should be banned 2 from city 2 from Chelsea how hard is it to follow the rules..think maybe the club will be all over this but will be keeping their powder dry and hopefully another dossier will be getting compiled..
