City & Chelsea Charged by the FA

But surely the FA have to ask what action he would have taken had he seen it.I thought thats what retrospective action was all about.Clearly not.
You should know by now that rules are not applied the same when it's a City player, we've now been done 3 times recently that I can remember, Sergio, mario and adebayor, all after the game when the ref has claimed he didn't see it.
So what's the difference?
It fucking stinks!!

It sure fucking does. Can we blame Gill for any of this ?

No comment from the fa about the referee then?

Deemed to have been a model of control and impartiality! Just the kind of thing the FArce, PL and PiGMOL want when a poor ref has to turn up to ref those nasty bastards from Beswick. I should imagine that many a City fan has written to PiGMOL and enquired with muted hope that it won't be long before Mr. Taylor is back again at The Etihad.

Cant we get ironic as a club and release a statement stating we may charge the FA with failing to control fair officialism :)-

I couldn't give a monkeys what scum players got away with or not. For Fabregas to get away with that is an absolute disgrace. They've given him a mandate to behave like that again. How anyone can see that as anything other that a red card is a joke. I can live with Aguero's card and ban as it is totally deserved but after the performance of the referee to be further kicked in the teeth by the FA is a joke.
There can be only one reason for this. Taylor said he saw the slap and didn't deem it to be violent conduct. Hence the caution was the correct punishment. If Taylor said he didn't see the slap, the FA could have taken further action.

I hope City opt for a hearing and highlight all the lies and inconsistencies in Taylor's reports and show him up for what he is - at best, incompetent.

On a separate matter that has been lost in more serious events, is the foul on Dungodan. Neville said in commentary that he thought the defender got a touch on the ball (which doesn't preclude the possibility of a foul as well) and that they would take another look at half time. Yet nothing has been said about that incident again. Does anyone think that Sky didn't have many different camera angles of that incident? No, me neither. If they had anything to prove that tackle was not a penalty, they would have cleared it up, 100%. So I am convinced that was a penalty even though the one camera angle they showed was inconclusive. Maybe that's why MOTD couldn't analyse the incident further - because they were only given the first camera angle.

What does this say about our game? That Sky show us what they want us to see. (Witch hunt against Sergio, no such campaign against Rojo, Ibrahimovic, Fabregas or Chelaboah). That the FA follow up high profile incidents only, as dictated by Sky. And that Gary Neville is no great impartial pundit, but he is dancing to the tune set by his Skymasters.

If further evidence of this last point is needed, do you remember his tweets following Halsey's claim that he was told to amend match reports? Neville said they were very significant allegations and the story could be huge. What has he or anyone done to follow this up? Absolutely nothing. No mention that the matter is to be investigated, no enquiry, no interview with Halsey to check out his allegations, no comment from Riley. It's all been forgotten as though nothing ever happened.
