If I had to make a guess, Trump will try to lift the sanctions on Russia in the coming weeks.

Rex Tillerson who is Trumps pick for secretary of state will then allow Russia to gain access to their oil fields and subsequently the pipelines and ports they stole in Ukraine.

Rex Tillerson the man who was recipient of the Russian Order of Friendship medal and ex-Exxon Mobil CEO who brokered a deal with Russia for 60m acres of land to pump oil from in 2011.

I'm not saying it's fine. I'm saying he's human as we all are, and he said something 20 years ago in a certain situation, that he has since apologised for. My point is that we have all said something especially among friends that were not factually correct and we later regretted.
He says things that are not factually correct 75% of the time and in front of the whole world. His supporters either don't care or are gullible enough to believe him even when he contradicts himself.

Let's forget about your guesses as you really haven't got a clue about my views.

As for his first week, it was entirely predictable. He told lots of lies about crowd sizes and illegal votes whilst accusing the press of writing fake news without any evidence. He issued a series of ill thought out executive orders to impress his supporters, most of which he will be unable to implement either due to the legality of them or due to the fact that they will need an inordinate amount of funding that won't be approved by congress.

Basically he made a tit of himself which impressed his gullible supporters like you.

lol. Even when it's staring you in the face. What are you doing back on here anyway. Didn't I issue you with a stupidity notice last week and told you to buck your ideas up before making any other ridiculous remarks? I can see you still haven't got the message.

Congressman Don Beyer is Washington Dulles Airport and says Border Control are denying detainees from any lawyers or due process.

They are ignoring a court ruling banning them from detaining people. Unbelievable really.

So oil rears its ugly head again, what with Bush and the Saudis together with the Iraq debacle we can look forward to Ukraine and Russia dictating US policies.

Time for the Chelsea owner to offer Trump a season ticket in return for oil business deals.

Sigh. You aren't "curious", you are trolling. There're are enough straw men in that post to build the first house of the three little pigs.

You assume there are no negative consequences and no reactions from those negatively impacted by any of those agenda items. You haven't thought it through, and neither have I. More important, neither has my President, or he doesn't care about those consequences, and THAT'S the problem.

His entire history as a business person -- which is what I know -- shows a grand plan, followed by a long string of failed ventures, stiffed banks, utter self-interest, zero charity and fucked-over "partners". Do I therefore believe that that's what his Presidency will also show when examined in its entirety?

Yes.

You underestimate me, I have thought them through. When you've thought them through and have an opinion on them please feel free to share it with me. Maybe then we can have a more considered debate.

You stick to your ill informed comments and trolling and I'll carry on posting on whatever thread I want.

You come across as quite rabid in your posts.

The UK doesn't elect based on popular vote either and it's to stop London and the major metropolitan cities from dominating. Don't like it? Maybe you should have said something before November 8th then.
We don't elect our head of state. Don't pretend you don't know that the bias of the electoral college (the modern equivalent of rotten boroughs) has been challenged for a long while.

I honestly dont knw what to make of him, every time he does or says something that I believe to be positive he then goes into fuckwit mode and does something friggin stupid.

I'm still trying to come to terms with him and May holding hands, my god I can't believe that was allowed to happen.

If I walked into work tomorrow and a woman from another company came in for a meeting and I then was seen holding hands with her on the way out I would be in for some serious shit, if i had also previously gone on record as making sexist remarks it would be even worse. As for May, how could she possibly allow herself to be put in such a position.
Embarrassing

Having researched Executive Orders, they do seem to be subject to checks and balances. So I imagine these bans won't last long.

What is scary is he's given National Security over to Steve Bannon whilst blocking out the joint chiefs on National Security Council - essentially Trump has downgraded top military and intelligence advises in favour of Bannon.

Bannon is the former editor of white nationalist Breitbart and a long supporter of Russia.

Defending the indefensible

God bless Trump.

Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Yemen and Libya- if anyone has a problem with people from these countries being banned, I suppose s/he has very little understanding about the world. These are countries that harbor and train terrorists and the lack of vetting process makes it impossible to know whether immigrants from these countries have any terrorist affiliations.

People who oppose this just don't like Trump to begin with. They lost the election, they ought to move on. The American people knew what Trump was going to do if he became president and are grateful he is keeping his promise.

BBC jurno on 5live now. Born in Iran and detained at Chicago. The border officers demanded his passwords for his social media sites to look for "Anything political"

Looks like I'm fucked going there again.

Do you call yourself Dave Dave because you're too stupid to remember you're own name if you only hear it once?

Please read todays postings in this thread.

Good job, the looney left can only come up with personal insults.

Wahooo, you've already invoked God, conflated immigrants with terrorists, told people to move on and now called someone a lefty.

It's like a far right wing check list.

No fuck it.
I will get a bollocking at my posting meet tomorrow but frankly damn I don't give a deer.
I have included their flags for your kind perusals.

So 16 of the 47 "Muslim" counties in the world do not accept Israeli passports.

OK.

There are 36 countries that do not even recognise Israel as a state. So the former statistic isn't really very surprising.

I must've missed the bit where the US had broken off diplomatic relations with these countries that today he suddenly banned, without warning even his own authorities.

But this is a side issue. We're talking about The USA, land of the free, home of the brave.

But there's very little that's "free" or "brave" about this ill-thought out, overnight dictat.

Who'd-a-thunk-it?

Trump isn't stupid. He's dangerous.
