Supporter Services - MCFC

Currently on the phone to them. I am now no. 13 in the queue, so I've climbed 10 places in 25 minutes. My clothes will be back in fashion by the time I get to speak to someone!

Apparently, the delay was down to SC holders registering for the various cup schemes. Bloody SC holders; who do they think they are, holding up us Cityzen members. Its an outrage.
 
Totally unfit for purpose. Blundering poorly educated poorly trained half wits whose sole aim seems to be to get you off the phone.

Peter Swales’ legacy is alive and well at City.
