Supporter Services - MCFC

Apparently, the delay was down to SC holders registering for the various cup schemes. Bloody SC holders; who do they think they are, holding up us Cityzen members. Its an outrage.
Tbf the stupid SC holders wouldn’t have to be phoning up if the daft twats didn’t send generic emails to us all saying we should join the cup scheme when we already have.
 
Is Supporter Services generally slower to answer calls these days? This is my second time calling them this morning. Had to hang up the first call after half an hour on hold. Trying them again now, currently 15 minutes on hold. I don't remember being that long on hold before.

That’s my experience too tbh. Find it quicker using the Supporter services account on Twitter these days.

Eventually got answered by someone in ticket sales (after 50 minutes). Asked her if anyone was manning the phones in Supporter Services, she said the calls were being diverted to them. Nice enough girl, but was as helpful as a chocolate teapot re my enquiry. Don't you just love particular aspects of this club? Have since got on to them via twitter. Still awaiting a reply, nearly an hour ago now.

Indeed. Though, and it won’t be much consolation, in my experience, it’s something City has in common with most large & medium sized organisations when it comes to fielding phonecall enquiries.
So much so that when you do get through easily, quickly and get a straight answer, it’s remarkable and noteworthy.

Have these clowns ever heard of drainage ?
They could easily solve this in a few hours.
It’s a miracle how we could divert rivers canals etc hundreds of years ago and these morons aren’t able to divert a puddle ffs!

Does anyone feel that they are trying to get you to use the club Twitter account as they only need a couple of people to respond to the messages on there?
A bit like they've 'phased' in the season card thing without any notification.
