We flew in from Dubrovnik and had to wait an hour and a quarter for our luggage and then an hour and a half for our transport as he couldn’t get on the airport as the traffic was so busy.

Lucky to have an airport at all, BA thinks nowhere else but london should be allowed, strongly backed by the tory party, who won an election guaranteeing no expansion at HR, then promptly backed expansion.
MIA is pitiful, outsourcing is the curse of the customer and golden for boardrooms.
