Wonderful performance, var won't stop us this year (they'll certainly try). Never thought the day would come we'd be this good!

Talkshite were very complimentary about you and the way you played. They put it down to us being on a different level and had no worries about where West Ham would finish. Still predicted a top 10 finish.Standard stuffing. Well played blues. You’re just in a totally different league to us - so I won’t criticise us too much.
West Ham started the game well, at high tempo.
I knew we’d grow into the game, then the passing started to improve, the movement.
Then typical City : )
VAR, time will tell.
It slows the game, celebrations etc..
but if it stops us getting fucked over, then it “might” be a good thing.
The decisions we’re right today, even though I don’t agree with VAR when the decisions are that tight.
It’s here, so let’s wait and see..

Hammers played well in the first half. They will give most teams a run for their money this season.
The way you play out from the back is amazing- that’s what killed us today.
Exactly, I've never ever seen football before played in such a way. Totally destroys the opposition.

I thought Walker was outstanding today.
Decent game by Rodri, got caught a few times, but looks like he will fit like a glove.
Mahrez was superb too. One of his best games for us.
Sterling supreme as pretty much always these days.

Seriously, how can you leave Mahrez off that list, I think he was involved in all 5 goals.Great result. Sterling, De Bruyne, Laporte, Walker all superb.
Bit annoyed that I didn't get to celebrate the 3rd goal though.
