To be fair are balls really that hairy? Isn't around the meat n veg that is bushy.

Just use brown sugar on them.
A trim to the bush and balls adds a couple of extra inches - at least in appearance; it's an old porn star trick - and leaves you feeling sleek and tidy, and er, more manly.
Do the bush with a pair of clippers on a low 3/4 setting, but not on 1/2 as it'll itch like fuck and looks well fucking dodgy. Do the balls carefully with a disposable razor. DON"T attempt to do the balls with the clippers as you'll end up with your scrotum jammed in its metal teeth. I talk from bitter experience here - there's no worse feeling than looking down and seeing you own balls bleeding.
