CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

I don't often do this but that BBC article has annoyed me enough to make a complaint. It's completely unacceptable that some bitter rag/dipper on their sportsdesk can get away with such a transparently biased article on a supposedly impartial public broadcast service and it's the main article no less.

submitted my complaint.

I would encourage every right minded city fan to do the same.

So the hateful eight was really the nasty nine. Well fuck them, they lost, we won. City were basically the old bloke refusing to cooperate with Harold Shipman. The BBC are a bunch of cuunts, they obviously expected us to lose, then it would have been Armageddon, instead they have to continue spinning half truths. Wankers.

I know my eyesight is failing but I am sure I read somewhere in the verdict that CAS mentions the fact that one of emails used as evidence was actually two emails doctored and made to look as one. Nick Harris suggests that isn’t the case and all emails were authentic. Am I going mad or is he, as I presume, being economical with the truth?

But all of that is so massively open to interpretation. Are the German clubs really getting fair value from their sponsors/owners? If so, why is their relative commercial income so much higher than any other league, even though their domestic league isn't viewed anywhere near as widely? Is Audi giving Bayern Munich €50-60m a year to not have their name on the shirt really fair value? And why in the Middle East is any other company from the same country accused of being a "related party," whereas with American owners, the sponsor can be owned by the best friend of the club owner and give them an unprecedented kit deal from a company that no-one ever fucking heard of (and has coincidentally now disappeared, proving what a great bit of marketing that clearly was), and that's just considered a good use of business contacts.

Absolutely

I annoy the cvnts by wearing my Israel cap when I’m out and about in media city - they don’t seem to like it
