My Nan is in ICU at St Thomas’s with blood clots - we’ve been told they are transferring her to another ward due to incoming Covid patients - so piss off telling everyone this is all over.

WILL NW FINALLY TOP 1000? IT HAS STAYED IN THE 800/900s NOW FOR WEEKS?

By far the biggest falls are happening in the south but numbers are widely down.

GM IS DOING VERY WELL VERSUS THE NORTH WEST REGION

NORTH WEST ROSE BY 376. SO EVEN A SMALL GM FALL IS WAY OVER EXPECTATION MEANING A VERY GOOD DAY.

VERSUS LAST WEEK GM WAS THEN 1254 - SO DOWN 243.

NORTH WEST FELL BY JUST 98 WEEK TO WEEK.

SO GM FALLING BY 3 TIMES THAT IS AGAIN WELL OVER EXPECTATIONS.

VERY GOOD DAY FOR GREATER MANCHESTER

STOCKPORT 152 - UP 12 on day & UP 16 wk to wk. Pop Score up 52 today. Easily highest in GM today again. POP SCORE 12, 363 and lost another 14 in one go of its now all but vanished lead over Trafford who again had a far better day

WIGAN 118 - DOWN 16 on day & DOWN 46 wk to wk. Pop score up 36 today - POP SCORE 14, 505

TAMESIDE 105 - UP 16 on day & DOWN 29 wk to wk - Another OK day here. Pop Score up 46 - not close to highest rise in GM as it was regularly up to a few days ago. POP SCORE 13, 703

BOLTON 102- LEVEL on day & DOWN 3 wk to wk - Bolton Pop Score up 36. POP SCORE 14, 718

TRAFFORD 90 - UP 19 on day & DOWN 21 Wk to wk - Pop Score up by 38 points today. 14 LESS than Stockport. So the gap to SKs lowest GM Pop Score lead is now just to just 9 and Trafford may well take over the lead for lowest overall Pop score tomorrow. POP SCORE OF 12, 372.

SALFORD 83 - DOWN 1 on day & DOWN 52 wk to wk. Pop Score up 32. POP SCORE 15, 190

OLDHAM 79 - DOWN 18 on day & DOWN 37 Wk to Wk. Pop Score up 34 and now 49 ahead of Manchester for highest overall GM pop score as the City is doing even better than Oldham when POPulation is factored into the case numbers. POP SCORE 15, 538
