Further to the Sandoval hearing on Friday, Merchan permits the prosecution to question Trump about the civil fraud, Carroll, and Trump Foundation cases.
The chances of him testifying have just gone from <1% to effectively zero.

General Bone Spurs is nothing if not a total coward, he won't do anything that puts him under even a modicum of stress. Which is why I think it's very unlikely. Would love it if he did though.
