Depends on the frequency of trains.
If there was only one train a day, and as I stated there was no timetable, how could I know it was delayed until the time ticked to 12.01 am.-;)
Trains is trains and lawyers, are paid by the quarter hour-:)

By the way, "delayed" is the wrong terminology. It is simply taking longer than expected for reasons that are unknown (but not because of behind the scenes diplomacy).

True if there are electronic timetables on the platform.
But in my analogy there are no timetables.
Just a certainty that there will be a train, and a decision.

Regards the 115 ish, personally as I have said before I think they have dug a large hole, now they are considering how to get out of it.

But even City's key people don't think this. It is all just quite vanilla - there has been a long hearing and we all await the decision. Nothing more.

But I’m sure the “verdict” ie the testing of all the allegations was completed a long time ago

I’m on a 40/60 opinion that 60% of the time lines have been consumed by negotiation on mitigations to protect the product itself and specifically the potential consequences and collateral ie lawsuits etc

Which in my opinion and evidenced by our behaviour and continued growth for the last two years in particular is a indicator we were proved correct in all our businesses and conduct a long time back

My confusion is regarding the job of the Panel.
Mr Masters said it was nothing more to do with the PL and he awaited the decision.
Since then silence so how can the Panel be interested in the impact their legal decision has unless the PL and City are involved?

Probably some kind of censorship non disclosure been legally served on everyone involved
Bet the Panel was discharged ages ago

He answered the question.

I was referring to the initial decision, then any appeal, then another panel arbitration, then another decisions, then a sanction, then a possible further appeal etc.
It is a timetable(timeleline may be a better description) that the pundits, and media in general do not comprehend.

Stefan has it covered in extensive detail.

I am not paying attention to the predictions, was just trying to get up to speed with the facts.

I think you might not be far off the mark there,wouldn’t go as far as saying they are culpable as such,but has pressure been applied to hold up the releasing of the outcome,for a damage limitation exercise to go on behind the scenes,but without City’s knowledge..

Just wonder if even the time related "the expected" is known.
Are there any comparisons or has the kitchen sink approach by the PL made the normal legal process unmanageable?
