Making payments off the books to secure players they otherwise wouldn't have signed sounds like a pretty clear sporting advantage to me!

I wouldn't worry too much about his comment.that makes zero sense as all clubs could do something dodgy then self report it to get off. Appeal only possible if the arbitration panel have failed to follow process or rule of law and that is back to the tribunal system The verdict isn't appealable and the HC wont get involved that as far as I understand itHey? The club want a resolution ASAP either way it goes. If it’s bad news we appeal and drag the bastards through the high court. It’s the Premier League who are dragging it out in case or maybe they know it’s gone against them. They only have leverage whilst we are presumed guilty.
