PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I'm on a cruise over Christmas and Mrs Moon had the option of half a dozen cabins for us....I picked level 11 cabin 115 or as it'll be shown on the door 11115.

I was expecting this to be the last hurrah for all this shite and that I could smile every time I went in but, seems like it could be months or possibly fucking years yet.
Let's hope you aren't booked on the Titanic, eh!

Why would the club want a resolution ASAP if it wasn't in their favour?
Hey? The club want a resolution ASAP either way it goes. If it’s bad news we appeal and drag the bastards through the high court. It’s the Premier League who are dragging it out in case or maybe they know it’s gone against them. They only have leverage whilst we are presumed guilty.

How do we appeal a tribunal's findings through the high court? What is your source for the PL dragging it out? Unless you have evidence otherwise it's currently sitting with the panel not the PL. How do they have leverage? It's business as usual at City as far as I can see.

And something that just suggested something possibly was discussed was the worst of it?

Odd really.

There was an initial leak about whe the rags signed Falcao that they paid an extra £5m on top of the loan fee for a friendly that strangely enough never happened and I would imagine wasn’t declared through their books.

It came to me whilst walking the dogs today - it will be announced at the final whistle of the season and our punishment will be an immediate deduction of the exact number of points we're ahead of Arsenal, plus 1, so they finally get to catch the bridal bouquet ; )

You, you Rag **** are Roy Keane and I hereby claim my £5

How much has it cost our rivals in legal fees and can we have a ticker at the bottom of the forum showing the costs as they rise. Please?
When this started, the PL was made up of different teams. Will relegated teams have to cough up, or will Sunderland have to pay a full share, whilst having had no interest or say in the proceedings?
If you have no liability if you’re in the championship, perhaps Wolves know the outcome and are trying to save a few quid…
