Just checked it out again on YOU TUBE. Even with Tyler's loss of control, the cadence of his sentence before you hear 'Stupendous' doesn't fit.
When does anyone ever interrupt themselves?

When I heard it for the first time the day after the game I thought it was Quinn and I've not deviated from that opinion.

Definitely Quinn - there is a natural progression from 'stupendous' to 'the greatest moment...'

The 'dous' part of stupendous gives it away as well.
