    General transfer rumours

Good for both him and Reus

    Eric Bailly

20 years and playing first team football for a team that's 4th in La Liga and in the semis of the Europa League. I'd say he's at least worth a look

    Leroy Sané

Watched him play for Schalke a few times, mostly as a sub. Kid has tons of pace and much better on the ball than Navas. Likes to cut in onto his left foot. Good work rate from what I've seen. Brings a lot of energy

    Ross Barkley

He's also only 21 and has a lot to learn. Clearly loaded with talent, just needs to put in a position to succeed. He's basically being asked to carry a Premier League side and he isn't ready. If he's willing and the price is right, you bring him to play behind YaYa. Bring him off the bench for...

    Transfer deadline day

Living in the U.S., I haven't had the privilege of following the Premier League or any other major European league for too long. The high dollar transfers going on this summer are a direct result of the T.V. money coming in. We've watched the very same thing happen in free agency with the major...

    Who's next

If two players for every position is the goal, another attacking mid makes sense.

    De Bruyne?

Surprised he didn't say 99.9% sure it's completed by tomorrow. Jackass.

    De Bruyne Alternative?

Don't disagree with this. But this is also why I like Draxler. He's young and wouldn't demand being in the starting 11. Provides quality off the bench, can play on either wing or thru the middle and gives Pellegrini some flexibility. And maybe it helps keep the likes of Navas and Nasri happy...

    De Bruyne Alternative?

    Draxler

    De Bruyne?

Agreed. But, if the goal is to ultimately move to a 4-3-3, Bale would certainly fit. Under our current system, I don't think he fits either. For me, the player that fits best as a DeBruyne alternative is Reus. Can play on the left or right and can certainly operate in the middle. Only problem...

    De Bruyne?

Bale definitely wouldn't happen in this window. Although I'd love for that to happen. With his buyout clause, I think Griezmann could be a possibility but he's very similar to Sterling in that he's more a winger and secondary striker. DeBruyne is an attacking mid you can shift to either flank...

    De Bruyne?

I can't force myself to read 500 posts. Another day of he's coming but he's not coming?

    Layvin Kurzawa

Hope this happens. Watched him play recently. Plenty of pace and very aggressive. Good crosser of the ball as well.
  15. U

    De Bruyne?

All I can say is, this guy better score a damn hat trick and send in a cross to Otamendi for an assist in his match.

    Otamendi

Moving Mangala now doesn't make sense. Partnered well with MDM at the end of last season and has looked very good so far this season. Why would you pay so much for a player just a season ago and then loan him the next?

    De Bruyne?

I avoid this thread for a day and it explodes!!! Is there any good information within the 600 posts I missed, or is at all nonsense?!?

£140 million left in the kitty for this summer - Who would you spend it on ?

Depends on formation fits best. If it's 4-3-3, Kovacic and Verratti added to play alongside Yaya. Add Berahino as our third striker and Cresswell, if only because we need homegrown talent. If it's 4-2-3-1, still like Verratti to play alongside Yaya and bring in Barkley to play behind the...
