It`s much easier to punish home fans cause if you arrest foreign visitor the cost incurred (i.e interpretor) and hassle (embassy involved etc.) it`s not worth the possible fine, which, BTW may be difficult to execute anyway.

As for English scene they`re good for sure. More club colours in the crowd would be nice touch for me though. Casual style is good on the streets but on the game- love your club colours and wear them with pride! :)

exactly and Braga, two years ago in Dublin...they didn`t even sell out their allocation- thousands empty seats and it looked ridiculous for a final. Clubs from England and Germany won`t have problems with using 20 or even 30k allocation but there are many many clubs that would struggle with...
