You mentioned that you haven't received your money from ticket exchange for the Burnley game. Have you now received your money?? I'm still waiting. I did email & they replied with they need to do more checks & it's not just a simple refund (like a shop)

I'm waiting for monies from the Burnley game & Palace. I emailed them & said it was ridiculous & they replied saying they had other checks to do before the money can be refunded. I asked them what kind of checks but have not received a reply.

I've had a reply this morning to my query regarding the ticket exchange & they are sorry to hear about my experience with us. They carry on to say that the ticket exchange process is a little different to a refund as we have certain things we have to check for before we can send the monies back...

I sold my seats for Burnley & Palace. It does say 45 days you have to wait but today I've emailed & said you've had the money for my seat twice & if I had returned an item to a shop I would have a refund within 5 working days so why do I have to wait 45 days. They're quick to take the money off...

Think so. Drove past this morning on the way to work & it's full of lorries. Also roadworks have begun on Briscoe Lane this week just underneath the railway bridge so it's going to be chaos. Think they are there for a good few weeks

I looked through lots of stuff on the City website yesterday looking for something that says you can't transfer cup scheme tickets but found nothing. Perhaps it's hidden in some terms & conditions somewhere
