This is my fault, btw. The rules were written a few years ago and obviously circumstances have changed a bit re: loyalty points etc. It was only ever about away tickets though. I’ve updated the rules now just make things clearer, with this paragraph: You cannot request tickets for away games...

Sorry, had a lot on recently so not entirely sure what has happened? Will have a look now. For the avoidance of doubt, the rule only ever applied to away tickets and nothing has changed in that regard. There certainly hasn’t been any pressure from the club!
