Yes there will be empty seats. Out of nearly 4000 with tickets there will be the odd family crisis plus with Monday being a bank holiday.Some will end up missing early tuesday flights. I just do not understand why they can not give tickets to people who are prepared to wait till the last minute...

Should not be hard really.Just go to the pick up point with passport and any info you have of purchasing or your season ticket. Put your name on a list first come first served.Return 5 mins before shut off time and pick up any no shows.

There will be tickets in Madrid out of 3600 there are bound to be a number of no shows. unless you are the designated person for that ticket then it will not be issued to anyone. Why not have a waiting list in Madrid for people who have a buying history who have traveled and are prepared to wait...

When i have been to 15 games at Wembley watching City then i think you can have your rules and points.But i think i am just as entitled as you to try and get tickets for the big games
