    It's Quiet Thread 15 - Txiki Blinders

By Saturday we will have played 61 games this season and, if we win the Final, we'll be playing upwards of 65/66 games next season. If he comes, and I hope he does, he'll play 30 plus games for us at a minimum next year. Don't forget, when Kev was out injured earlier this year Pep was having to...

    It's Quiet Thread 15 - Txiki Blinders

I don't think Kane coming in has any impact on Grealish getting minutes or not. They won't be competing with each other for time on the pitch. As I said, Grealish will be competing with Gundo, Kev and Bernie, so not as a forward line player. As we saw for a large chunk of last season and...

    It's Quiet Thread 15 - Txiki Blinders

Since no one else has replied to you ... Grealish wouldn't be coming in as a replacement, more as cover for KDB, Gundogan, and, to a lesser degree, Bernardo. For the number of games we play, Pep must see the need for one more player to fill that inside forward role.

That Rodri cutback to no one had Haaland goal written all over it

    Women's Team 2020/21

I've not seen her play but remember hearing about her transfer. We didn't replace Bremer this past summer so I can see us in for a new striker. The lass who runs that twitter account dropped a tweet about being privy to something 'unreal' possibly happening at City so maybe that is it...

    Women's Team 2020/21

Rumors on twitter that we are signing USWNT regular Abby Dahlkemper on a 2 1/2 year deal. She's a CB by trade so not sure where this leaves Gemma Bonner who already seems to be behind Alex Greenwood.

    Women's Team 2020/21

It gets better ... Poppy Pattison who came on as a sub for Everton, is a City academy product (unused sub in our first women's Caraboa Cup final). So that's SIX from City's academy on the pitch at the end.

Not mentioned yet, Claire Emslie has left for the Orland Pride. So that's two out/two in so far.

Guardiola confirms intention to stay at City for next two years P123

Yep. Now watch him rock up at Roma or AC Milan in two years time only to smash Juve's dominance just to prove the point.

    Matthijs de Ligt

Umm ... the financial arrangement is in the advertising and you know it. Think about it. Every time a person clicks a skybet ad from the Sky site, Sky get money just for the click. If they the person then goes on to make a bet, Sky will get a percentage of that bet as a referral fee (these can...

    Matthijs de Ligt

I get that criticism but I'm not sure it's entirely accurate. When I've watched him play he hasn't looked out of sync with the rest of the team. On the contrary, when he is playing it's more likely that he is ignored when free or in a good position than the opposite. If you are talking about off...

    Matthijs de Ligt

I think he'd be better than like-for-like for Sane for the exact reason that he's ambidextrous. The times I've seen him play for Barca he's looked deadly when wide right coming on to his left or feinting and then going with his right. In terms of availability, there are a few Barca centered...

    João Félix

If we are going to throw money at any transfer this summer the this lad is the one. He reminds me of DeBruyne at Wolfsburg; he seems to see the game two or three passes ahead of anyone else in on the pitch. Given that in nine games out of ten, in England at least, we are faced with a deep block...

    General transfer rumours

I haven't been watching the EDS/youth this past season so have only gotten hearsay with respect to academy players. Knew he played on one of the sides and banged a few in but didn't realize he was in the midfield vs on the wing. That's a tough position to break into the 1st's from. I thought...
