    The rights or wrongs of this being said are another matter entirely but I do think he has a point to be fair. You only have to see the reactions of the players now when they are substituted and it's completely different to under Mancini. No teddy throwing, no long faces and players slouching off...

    I don't know about emotional but running the gauntlet outside the Britannia Stadium in 1998 after the game was err...different. It was only when we finally made it onto the train that the enormity of our relegation to the third level of the game began to sink in. Then the emotional moments began.
