I did that when I sold the car on the 5thJune. The confirmation from the DVLA went to my old address. I only.new this when the new owners posted the letter thru my door. That is when I realised that I might have a problem with regard to the speeding fine I may or may not have been given.

I looked into that. Variable speed limits have camera's that don't flash on motorways unfortunately so can't use that as a defence.

Yes they are all up to date. Just didn't realise I had to fill in change of address on the V5 form as well for the car. Problem I have is if you don't respond within 28 days it escalate to become a court matter.
