I wouldn't do anything but if it's keeping you up at night, call and ask if your contact info is up to date.
You don't have to mention speeding.
You don't have to mention speeding.
No punk. I am now aware of that having googled it yesterday!!Failure to update your V5 can be subject to a £1000 fine.
Feeling lucky punk?
Is the correct answer and solution to your problemPark the car in a field, torch it and report it stolen. They can't touch you then.
You are MC Hammer but I'm not claiming my £5 as it annoys some sensitive people on herePark the car in a field, torch it and report it stolen. They can't touch you then.
Snitches get stitches! You need to carve yourself up, to teach yourself a lesson that you shouldn't grass on yourself!
Good old 90s TV!Better bring your toothbrush then!
Got done for the first time in my life a few weeks ago 48mph on a 40mph road. Some devious police vehicle parked in a lay by.
I have been driving for nearly 60 years and will not be doing a speed awareness course as I would just lose my temper. It is nothing to do with road safety just the police getting their statistics improved and a money making racket.
Fuck them,
I did that when I sold the car on the 5thJune. The confirmation from the DVLA went to my old address. I only.new this when the new owners posted the letter thru my door. That is when I realised that I might have a problem with regard to the speeding fine I may or may not have been given.Change the vehicle keeper details now. The first thing that will happen is that they send a notice of intended prosecution to your old address. They have to do that within 28 days. If they don’t then they cant proceed with any prosecution. In reality if no notice goes to your old address within 28 days then you weren’t caught. If they send one and don’t get a response identifying the driver they will send a follow up.
