    Seat Counters - 2024/25

I don’t disagree with any of that pal. My term is up in six months anyway, so figure it best to fight the cause until then.

    Seat Counters - 2024/25

I’ve had a lot of feedback on this and I recognise all the concerns people have shared. I will be opposing this in any meeting with the Club.

    Seat Counters - 2024/25

As it happens, I’ve asked for the bold on a fair few occasions. I have already informally done so again given recent occurrences at Anfield, but will do so more formally on the record.

    Seat Counters - 2024/25

EDIT: I’ve had a lot of feedback on this. Alongside my own reservations, I have heard the concerns shared by many. I will be opposing this in any meetings. As you may have seen from previous City Matters minutes (and I have raised it on here), the Club are considering the reintroduction of...

    Juve away

Thanks both. I’ve clarified both points with the Club this morning. Fine to print the ticket off on clean white paper. Likewise, the tickets do not need to be (nor can they be) downloaded to a wallet. You will just need to show the pdf file of the ticket for it to work.

    Juve away

Can you either email me (Alex.Howell@citymatters.co.uk) or private message me your supporter number and I’ll raise this with the Club.

    Juve away

The Juventus tickets will be sent on Monday. They are digital and can be scanned on phone or printed. There has been a slight delay as the Club were selling the last tickets and the names/place of birth/DOB printing on tickets has lengthened the process slightly. I believe the Club are (or...

    Seat Counters - 2024/25

I take your point, but I think a lot of this could be solved if the Club didn’t have incredibly high matchday prices to start with. If Forest had returned the upper tier, for example, there would have been around a £15-20 gap between what City fans were paying in neighbouring blocks in South...

    Seat Counters - 2024/25

That’s right, Tim. Clearly, there is wider problems about ticketing and the efficacy of the group, but this is a win for City Matters. We asked (Mark Todd in particular) that returned tickets from the visiting allocation be capped at £30. The Club have agreed and that should be policy from now on.

    Seat Counters - 2024/25

It appears that some fans who have listed their ticket on the exchange for Forest instead had their United game sold by the Club. For anyone else who may have been impacted, I have already raised this with the Club. They are aware. The Club will ensure each fan is called to make sure that...

A s**t away end full of tourists

Having spoken to the Club they have acknowledged the tickets were taken from their own regular Club allocation for this match, noting that fans wearing shirts of any team other than Manchester City is not appropriate. The Club have assured me that this will not be repeated, which I am keen to...

A s**t away end full of tourists

Because City Matters has to exist (due to Premier League rules), resignation or not. Others resigned before my time and it didn't achieve anything. At least I know I can put these issues on record. I don't disagree that it's powerless.

A s**t away end full of tourists

I would add that it’s rather helpful that someone got footage. As someone mentioned above, it’s highly unlikely (if not impossible) this arose from the odd person passing on a ticket.

    Ticket Points Sales Tracking

Thanks for your message, Colin. I think it's the opposite. The current system suits me perfectly. I'm practically guaranteed an away ticket for life, as I currently qualify for each and every ticket point available regardless of my away attendance. I might not attend another away game for the...

    Seat Counters - 2024/25

I have asked for this on repeated occasions, including at the last Ticketing Sub Group. The Club have never progressed this. I have just covered this point on the Ticket Point Sales Monitoring thread. https://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/threads/ticket-points-sales-tracking.364480/post-17660574

    Ticket Points Sales Tracking

I also wanted to flag that the Club are keen to revisit the idea of collection for some away tickets. They raised this at our latest City Matters meeting, which can be found in the minutes...

    Ticket Points Sales Tracking

The move to scrap away ticket points was before my time on City Matters, so I don't want to dwell on the process that led to that decision. But I do think that it was the wrong move to make. For a start, I think it fundamentally misunderstands why most individuals passed on tickets. I would...
