Intel, dont go to AMD unless you're on a tight budget. I made the mistake of choosing AMD over an i3 that was available at the time too, haven't stopped regretting it still. The i5 3570k is a damn good cpu too. As for a 7850, overclockers have the MSI OC'd 7850 on offer this week for £119.
