    Josko as a defensive midfielder

Absolutely not. Doesn't have enough awareness as a CB let alone to play as the pivot. His short one touch passing isn't reliable and it would take too long to develop the 360 awareness you need in that role - even if the above issues were gone.

    24 | Joško Gvardiol - 2025/26

I know loads are protective over him and/or think he is brilliant but I remain baffled. He isn't overly quick, his short range/quick passing isn't reliable, he doesn't respond or react to danger that well and has absolute brain farts that lead to full blown meltdowns. I think looking technically...

    The Green Party

Feels very much like they are doing what Reform are doing on the right - i.e., political opportunism, knowing full well they are unlikely to ever have to action their policies, which is a good job because although they produce good soundbites, they're either impossible to implement, utterly...

    The Green Party

We have a labour shortage because we have closed down industry, and for many people, settling for UC (or historically) JSA has been a viable alternative to retraining. I work for a charity in the north east and we deliver various programmes aimed at getting people into work. The amount of people...

    The Labour Government

It depends where you live. If you live in a very deprived small town like me in the North East that has taken approx 12,000 migrants - the majority who have settled across a relatively small number of central wards, yes it is. It massively changes the demographics of the town, puts a huge strain...

What has the UK become under the far right influence?

Not to be a member of the far right, but that's not quite the full story. The analysis I think you are referencing ignores the fact that 8% of those convicted had an unknown nationality - i.e., obviously not British but ambiguous/unable to record. Assuming none of those are British, it's...

    52 | Oscar Bobb - 2025/26

He's great at picking the right time to take people on IMO - i.e., when we have dropped teams to the edge of their area. Don't want him doing it in wide open spaces when we don't have control - especially not at 1-0.

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Bobb was good. Far better than Savinho.

    26 | Savinho - 2025/26

    Just a proper odd player.

    Pep Guardiola - 2025/26

The decision to take Bobb off and leave on Savinho was mental. Took too long to make any subs today.

Haaland, Donnarumma and Bobb. Reijnders had some good moments too.

    52 | Oscar Bobb - 2025/26

Isn't that a team wide issue though. We stop controlling games so winger involvement becomes less frequent and when it does happen, it's usually when the game is more open. He is a small spaces sort of player - not someone who will run 50 yards down the line with the ball.

    Give over.

    52 | Oscar Bobb - 2025/26

His decision making has been great. He just needs something to open up for him. Laid one on a plate for Foden and created some really good moments with his dribbles and his good passes inside. Issue is, he will be judged on g/a and he isn't really that type of player. He's a knitter ala David...

Harsh as fuck. Laid one on a plate for Foden, and bar the goal, has created almost every moment of remote danger.

How can he watch Bobb and Savinho and decide to take off Bobb? Absolutely fucking mental.

    Gary Neville

That is a mad video. I thought it was AI at first. Just gaslighting.

    Brentford (A) - Sun 5th Oct, 16:30 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

Up until he was benched, Bobb was involved in 3 of our 5 goals across the first 3 games to be fair. 1 assist and 2 decent pre assists.

    Players who might improve us

We badly need another CB with pace.

AS Monaco (A) | CL | Post Match Thread

It's the persistence with slow plodding defenders coupled with a high line. Teams commit more men to counter attacks because they know they can outpace us and could have a realistic chance of scoring a goal. They also know that if their attacking move breaks down, it's not a huge problem because...
