It all depends on your gut ;) I am a 40 in rep shirt and have a large in the general blue training top with the button collar thing. (That's because i'm not exactly a perfect specimen of health) If your quite slim, i'd say go for M but if not, go for a L (JUST IN CASE) Hope this helps

Just seen the official 2010 Calendar and Hughes isn't on it.... For as long as I can remember, the manager has ALWAYS featured in some respect on the offical calendar. Probably because we've had more players of late but just struck me as odd.
