Don't skip your cardio. I try to get to the gym at least 5 times a week, hit the heavy bag ,skip, do some weights and try to run for 25 mins 2 to3 times a week and I'l be 60 in jan. That's if I make it to january.

Any of you guys who are out of shape know how to skip, on of the best exercise's you can do. All you need is a cheap plastic rope. You will burn more calories than running and it is good fun. Google how to jump rope, work up to 15 to 20 min every other day.
