one way to fill the empty seats, prem game for a tenner lmao

we just don't need the cash all that badly. tenner a ticket will give the less fortunate families a chance to visit the holy land.
you would think, being a scouse tramp, that you of all people would appreciate anything on the cheap!!!
you could even afford to take one of your 10 kids with you on your dole money at these prices

Its a late deal, tour operators do it all the time and there is no outcry. With tickets being a pereshable product its comleatly understandable that they want to shift them other wise they are loosing money on unsold tickets.
tbh the club should not have to do this as the tickets should have already gone.

I think it’s a great idea even though I paid £20 for my seat tonight as season ticket holder, a full crowd, better atmosphere and few people that usually cannot afford to watch a live game these days, the club should be applauded. I only hope the sock robbers don't abuse it, but I suspect they will.

£26.73 for me as my season ticket was £508

I haven't read the thread.

But nobody mentioned this to me when I bought a vastly inferior tier 1 ticket yesterday lunchtime for £30.

There's something very unfair about this. The money's not an issue to me but if I had saved up to buy that ticket I'd be highly annoyed.

Notice they announced it 23hours and 59 minutes before kickoff. I suspect there's a good reason for that.

Isn't there a danger here that people will hold off buying tickets for the next few games?

Also, this offer is meaningless unless they promote the hell out of it all day today. i presume the MEN etc has big adverts?

There is a distinct possibility of this happening. Let's hope they reduce all ticket prices forever to alleviate the problem

And those who wait to try and get the cheap tickets will be the first clogging this board up venting their fury, when they don't end up getting to go cos its sold out. Its all supply and demand my friend, whats the difference between this and say Burtons selling 40000 pairs of shoes at £35 quid then selling off the remaining 5000 in the end of line sale at a tenner. MCFC trying to give football back to the masses. Damned if they do and damned if they don't.

looks like all tickets sold now on o.s.
There were about 1,500 or so left last night so they wont have gone this morning. I think that they are onsale to personal callers at the Box Ofice only....don't know about the Arndale Shop.

I like the idea.

Just to let people know, I rang up about an hour ago, they said had plenty left.

I was also able to get one for a family member over the phone for £10 plus £2 booking fee.

They are accepting over the phone.
