Given it's not possible to look at posts from the "It's Quiet Thread" I can't find the post in which he said it but I remember mentioning before that TH referred to Sterling as the £50m player and going by my post he said it on the 18th May
So we bid £50m for Sterling 3 months ago? No wonder they've rejected all these other bids so far.
Yeah but that's dated before his post in the "It's Quiet Thread" by which at that stage he could have been privy to it. He said this a month after the above post;He posted this on page 55 I think...
It's not something I said, bud. This thread has moved very quickly, so others may have missed stuff.
I am not privy to who the £50m offer is for, only that I stand firm behind the original info.
As others have pointed out, I am wary of posting certain things, simply because it will get lifted.
I can't see any reason why City would not be interested in Sterling if he is thinking of quitting.

I would assume a lot of politics in play.
Suarez, was one thing, but this is on a different level.
Liverpool agreeing to sell Sterling to a Premier League rival leaves them at a crossroads. An elite club, or not?
I think Sterling feels slighted, having did what he did, last season.
For him to come to City, it's gonna cost £50m big ones. It's excessive, but the message it sends out, plus the impact on the team, we have to go for it.

What actually happened to the It's Quiet thread?
