If Joorabchian is ITK then from that list I'd take Negredo easily.

Think he'd make a great big-man foil for Kun.
Left-footed, I'd reckon its an advantage to have two top strikers with a different strong foot from a tactical point of view.

Good touch, technique and entering his prime makes him a viable option but maybe not the marquee signing I'm hoping for.

I've really never rated him very highly tbh. I've seen a fair bit of him and there isn't much special about him, he's a goalscorer, but not even that prolific. I don't rate scoring every other game as a striker in Spain that highly, the defences over there are absolutely woeful. Soldado always looked the better of the two and he's nothing special.
His record in Europe is underwhelming to say the least

Alvaro Negredo becomes Manuel Pellegrini's top target as Manchester City reign begins
29 Jun 2013 22:30

The Sevilla striker could be a replacement for Carlos Tevez, who moved to Juventus earlier this week, and would join former team-mate Jesus Navas

Manuel Pellegrini Manchester City reign will begin with a move for Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo.

Pellegrini is scheduled to finally arrive in Manchester to take up his new position after spending the last week back home in the Chilean capital of Santiago.

His first task will be to bring a new striker to the Etihad after taking the decision to allow Carlos Tevez to join Juventus in a £10million deal.

After losing out to Real Madrid in the race to sign Spanish wonderkid Isco from his former club Malaga, Pellegrini is now eyeing up another swoop on La Liga. City raided Sevilla earlier this month to sign Jesus Navas for £15million.

And they are hoping to land Negredo, who has a £18m buy-out clause on a contract that still has four years to run.

The Spanish international is also attracting interest from Tottenham and Atletico Madrid, while West Ham have had a £14.5m bid rejected.

Negredo, who will be 28 in August, was the top home- grown goalscorer in Spain last season, with 25 of his 31 goals coming in La Liga.

He has told Sevilla that he wants to join a club that will allow him to play in the Champions League.

Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido has warned that he will not sell Negredo for anything less than his buy-out clause.
