Give Pep and the team a season off, christ they deserve it. Use this season to bring on the young players but importantly get a couple in for January and couple more in Sunmer and be rearing to go next season. After the crazy success of recent years a downbeat, season of recovery is probably not the worst thing for Pep, the team and fans.

His comments to journos are irrelevant as are the number of goals he’s scored

Get that, but I have always felt a season like this was coming. But let's look at it, a month ago City were looking to break another record for longest unbeaten run, this is just a blip and City have them every year. typically around this time.Unless you get top 4, a 'season off' has huge implications for future seasons

That's 2 in 2 days now.I am actually quite chilled , i trust pep and fit players to get us back on track . We have had so many injuries , i dont understand why that is not computing with the more hysterical blues
I am starting to think that a fair few of the worst ones on here have only been with us since the takeover and cant handle the thought of a barren spell

Well said.Perfectly put. Modern day “I want it now!!!” society dictates that we have to find someone to blame and abuse. There’s no need. We need a rebuild and won’t win anything this season. It happens. And we’ve the best manager in the world in place to do it. With a sprinkling of world class players to use as the base. It’s a very exciting prospect for a normal football fan. But to the modern twitter fan - it won’t be over night. So pop off and leave the real fans to it will you

It was all getting to easy and that is not the city way at all.

Most of the criticism he gets are about his performances, not whether he has (or hasn't) a daft haircut. He's had several comments about him liking a beer which is fine and acceptable but there's been comments about him liking copious amounts of beer which isn't acceptable, especially IF it is a major contributing factor affecting his fitness on form, and I'm not saying it is btw.
Yes, he doesn’t get criticised by match going supporters and rightly so. He hears his 'Super Jacky Grealish' song when he's playing well but he hasn't been super for a while so it's not sung much nowadays.

Crisis may be a bit of a stretch. But in retrospect, I think many of us and management included got a bit too sentimental when it came to keeping Walker, De Bruyne, Gundogan etc.

Fuck off...most of these players have been here a while..I only have one explanation: the players have joined forces to harm Pep.
Why? I dont know. Maybe Pep is very demanding on discipline, and many players want a softer life.
Pep is in charge..they do what he says or they go..Pep ain't going anywhere
