If they want to do their own version that's up to them. As someone else said most football songs are sung by multiple clubs with the words changed round but don't try to claim that you came up with it first.

I remember a video of some Liverpool fans singing a version of our Bernardo song about Sadio Mane and they were getting pelters off other Liverpool fans for nicking a City song but it actually did gain some traction amongst their fans to the point that that prick Jamie Webster even started singing it
